You can get them at the international airport near your home. Please contact us for check shipping cost or any information and please send country name and airport code.  
          All shipments are accompanied with healty certificates for live tropical fishes from the 
 Royal Fisheries Deparment of Thailand for a fee of $60.00 per shipment. 

Normally we will provide these important documents with the shipment :
 - Invoice
 - Packing List
 - Airway bill
 - Health Certificate (issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand)
 - CITES Certificate (issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand)
          However in some countries may need more documents such as Certificate of origin or 
 special declaration. Please inform us in advance.
          Some countries, importers must have Import Permit Certificate first before you confirm
 the order.

Pricing :
          All of the prices quote here is F.O.B from Bangkok , USD Prices of every product can be changed any time without notice and will be advised in our next offer or new price list or our stock list. 

Order quantity : 
       The order unit is the standard box and the minimum box quantity that you can order is ½ box, so you can order 0.50 Box, 1 Box, 1.5 Boxes, 2.00 Boxes, etc. of a fish species.

The minimum order is 100 kg, that is about 7 boxes because the airlines will calculate the freight cost having 100 kg as the minimum chargeable weight.

Packing :
        Packing Dimension is (60cm x 31cm x 45cm), Styrofoam with double plastic bags. Before packing we will not feeding the fish, In order to make no waste in bags. 

Guarantee & Claims (DOA) :
          As far in our expenrience, Almost all shipment 98% alive on arrival. If more than 3%, we will replacement on next shipment with the same goods. Please kindly note we only received the DOA report within 24 hours. ( SEND THE DOA IN ONE PICTURE, WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED )
